Privacy & Legal Statement

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we recognize that you expect privacy and security for your personal information and affairs. Therefore, we are committed to protecting your information.

We periodically review our policies and procedures to maintain appropriate security standards. We strive to maintain appropriate security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer information by updating and testing our technology to improve the protection of your information. We will continue to maintain this attention to security in the future.

Majestic Adventures, LLC will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. Majestic Adventures, LLC may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We have your consent to share the information;

  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Reservations – Full payment is required no later than seven (7) days prior to your ride date.  Reservations made less than 7 days in advance must be paid in full by cash, credit card, or PayPal.  Personal checks will not be accepted within 10 days of your ride.  Reservations not paid in full by the required date may be cancelled without notice. Your reservation is not confirmed until your full payment is received. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing each member of the group of all Majestic Adventures, LLC's’ policies, as well as the scheduled meeting time and location of the ride.


Majestic Adventures, LLC reserves the right to change ride times and meeting site due to sun rise and sunset times, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Majestic Adventures, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your ride under these conditions: You miss your scheduled meeting time; You show signs of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; You are physically unable to participate in your scheduled ride; Majestic Adventures, LLC feels that you are not suited for your scheduled ride.

Liability – Hot Air Ballooning involves inherent risks and dangers. Balloon ride participants are required to complete a release form, on the actual day of your ride, which includes a release, assumption or risk and indemnification agreement. Minors must provide a release form signed by their parent or guardian in order to participate.

Cancellations – Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to your ride date will qualify for a refund of the full payment, less any 3rd party credit card processing fees, made to Majestic Adventures, LLC. For cancellations made less than 15 days but more than 4 days in advance, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made when a reservation is cancelled less than 4 days prior to your ride date; nor can the ride be rescheduled less than 4 days prior to your ride date. All cancellations must be received by us in writing. No refunds and/or rain checks will be issued for no shows on the day of the ride and all payments will be forfeited.

In the event of adverse weather on the day of your flight we will reschedule your flight to a day that is mutually agreeable or you may request a full refund, less any 3rd party credit card processing fees.  Your purchase is fully transferrable and may be gifted to a person of your choosing

Please notify Majestic Adventures, LLC if you are running late. In the event that you or someone in your party is late, we will make every attempt to accommodate you on your ride date.
